Pay Tel adheres to standards and principles that embody transparency, honor, and truthfulness. These aren’t buzzwords that vaporize when the contract is signed, we live by these values every day. For the past 38 years, Pay Tel has maintained the Better Business Bureau Accredited Rating of A+, the longest of any ITS provider and one of the few who can make this statement. It takes consistency and resolve to maintain this rating, something that Pay Tel is proud to share.

Pay Tel made the commitment over 15 years ago to develop our own advanced confinement product and service offerings for our corrections clients. We began with our CenturionITS™ call platform and continued from there. We are proud to now have our own custom platforms for all key product/service offerings. Our in-house Information Technology Department, including infrastructure experts, network engineers, software engineers and developers are a team of seasoned professionals working tirelessly to bring the latest innovations to our clients and end users.  We serve as a single source provider for communication services and are proud of our history of delivering and improving upon those service offerings, which includes new feature releases and regular updates.
