In 1996, John joined the Pay Tel team bringing with him experience that includes over twenty years of management in customer service and sales, managing a staff in excess of 3,000 employees. He has worked extensively with State Government, Economic Development Groups, and other governmental agencies as it relates to business expansion.
John spends a great deal of his time meeting with existing, new and potential clients to analyze their needs and works diligently to stay abreast of new technologies. Duties include educating the marketing and sales team in new technologies and trends and assisting the account executives in client support.

Mike is a Regional Account Manager. He has sold inmate telephone call control systems to state and county government administrations in a competitive market. He has also provided direct customer and technical support to customer base. he is directly involved with implementing voice biometric control systems. Mike has over twenty-five years of achievement in sales, marketing and business development in U.S. based markets, highlighted by success in outside sales working with scientific and technological product lines. Over the past five years Mike was the top sales person for ICSolutions (Inmate Calling Solutions). Mike has extensive experience winning contracts and supporting customers' needs and concerns.

Randy served as Sheriff of Dawson County, GA for eleven years and Chief of Police at North Georgia College for four and half years. His experience includes President of the Georgia Sheriff’s Association – 1991 to 1992; Chairman of the Appalachian Drug Task Force 1991 to 1995; Served on Governor’s Statewide DUI Task Force - 1991 to 1995; Northeast Georgia Police Academy Advisory Board – 1985 to Present; and Member of the Georgia Sheriffs’ Association Executive Board - 1988 to 1996. Randy’s duties at Pay-Tel include marketing and client support for the inmate phone division.

Charlie’s experience includes several years in sales, including experience in marketing inmate phone systems. Duties include marketing and client support for the inmate phone division.
BS in Business Administration from Atlantic Christian College (now Barton College)
Phil’s experience is extensive including several years as a law enforcement professional performing various duties before being elected sheriff in 1974. He served as Sheriff of Edgecombe County, NC for an impressive twenty-two years prior to his retirement in 1996 and as President of the North Carolina Sheriff’s Association from 1991 to 1992. Duties include marketing and client support for the inmate phone division while utilizing his experience to assist sheriffs and confinement facility administrators in creating customized inmate phone systems for their facilities.
Attended Virginia Western Community College
Patrick has 15 years prior Management experience including Service Center Management for inmate canteen service. He was responsible for the operation of a service center that covered Virginia and North Carolina and renewed contracts and helped to sign new accounts. Duties include marketing and client support for the inmate phone division.
REGIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER, INVESTIGATOR PRO™ ENROLLMENT TEAM
Chuck is a Regional Account Manager and Product Manager for the Investigator Pro™ product. As Product Manager, he serves as the operational interface between Pay Tel Communications and JLG Technologies. He is responsible for ensuring the smooth integration of the Investigator and it's features into the Pay Tel ITS. Chuck is also responsible for generating and maintaining the critical site checklist that is vital to site preparation, and for identifying any operational issues uncovered during enrollments and reporting them to JLG for corrective action or future updates. As part of the enrollment team , Chuck conducts inmate enrollments in the PODs.
Chuck has over 20 successful years of sales, marketing and operations experience in the inmate telephone market, serving with four different inmate telephone system providers to address the international, federal, state and county segments for both U.S. and U.K. based inmate markets. he served as the Director of Sales and Marketing for OPUS TELECOM, a leading inmate telephone system provider, later taking on the role of business development consultant to several ITS companies. The last 7 years he was Regional Account Manager for the northeast region for ICSolutions as well as Product Manager for a number of related products. He was responsible for winning and servicing the New Hampshire DOC as ICSolutions' first state win as prime contractor.
NATIONAL ACCOUNTS MANAGER
INVESTIGATOR PRO™ ENROLLMENT SITE ADMINISTRATOR
BS in Business Administration with honors from Charter oak State College
Trudy is the Investigator Pro™ Enrollment Site Administrator and also serves as Pay Tel's National Accounts Manager. Before any enrollments begin, Trudy checks the entire Investigator system and verifies its correct operation with the technician at JLG Technologies. Once these vital operations have been completed, Trudy joins the rest of the enrollment team in the PODs to conduct enrollments. If the enrollment team encounters any issues, the issues are quickly related to Trudy and she implements the necessary corrective action either with JLG Technologies or with the Pay Tel engineering team as appropriate.
Trudy recently joined Pay Tel with over 20 years of telecommunications and customer service experience with five years of successful national account management experience in the corrections industry. She is a skilled sales professional and account manager who is committed to customer service, training and support. A natural leader, Trudy's successes have not only assisted the sales force in acquiring a large number of new accounts, but also were instrumental in retaining customers throughout contract terms.
REGIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER
George has over 30 years of professional experience in Law Enforcement, several of those years as an elected Sheriff. George has spent the last ten years working in inmate telecommunications sales, service and support throughout the Western United States for SECURUS and ICSolutions. George has consistently ranked in the top ten percent among his peers in inmate telecommunications sales.
Wanda has over 15 years of experience with Pay Tel working in both the accounting department and Sales and Marketing. As a member of the Sales and Marketing team Wanda is responsible for the coordination of service requests between the account executives and appropriate jail staff. Other duties include maintaining the client database, tracking budget expenses, Trade Affiliations, Trade Show Coordination and training clients on Pay Tel's ITS.
