    You can call our 24-hour Automated Customer Service Phone System 1(800) 729-8355.  After you enter your 10 digit phone/account number and you create a 6 digit PIN for security, you will be provided your account balance, last payment and last call.
  • ON THE WEB:
    If you have completed an account application on our website, you can also receive this information 24 hours a day on the website.  After you log in with your 10 digit phone/account number and your 6 digit PIN, you will go to the “My Account” page where you will be provided your account balance, last payment and last call.
