How does Pay Tel notify customers when an account balance is low?

Thanks to Paula J. of East Dublin, Georgia for this suggestion.

  • Pay Tel has historically placed an automated call to customers when:
    • Their account balance gets low
    • Their number has been blocked for lack of fund
  • Pay Tel sends an email alert to customers that have set  their account up on our website to notify them when their account balance is low. For others, a courtesy call is made when their account balance is low.
