  • Pay Tel currently provides inmate phone service to county or city jails in Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama and Florida. We are expanding to serve facilities nationwide and will update our service areas regularly. Please visit the Prepaid Account or Direct Bill Application pages on our website for a listing of the jails we serve in each state.
