WHY ARE CALLS BLOCKED?

To verify why your phone number is blocked you can call 1-800-729-8355, press 1 for english (2 for spanish), press 1 again to enter your ten digit phone number, 6 DIGIT PIN and follow the voice prompts.

BILLING LIMIT WITH LOCAL TELEPHONE COMPANIES:

PAY-TEL has lowered the dollar amount of collect calls we will bill through your Local Telephone Company. The amount of calls received at your phone number has exceeded this billing limit. This limit applies per household, not per person and is a one time limit. To receive future calls at this phone number you will need to open an account directly with PAY-TEL.

Once you have opened a PAY-TEL Prepaid Account, no additional charges will be billed on your local telephone bill. Any calls accepted prior to opening your Prepaid Account will be billed on your local telephone company bill and must be paid on time to continue service with PAY-TEL. ALTERNATIVE OR WIRELESS CARRIER REFUSE TO BILL CALLS:

PAY-TEL PREPAID ACCOUNT OUT OF FUNDS:

MULTIPLE PHONE NUMBERS:

Your local telephone company has identified multiple phone numbers at this address. PAY-TEL does not bill calls to multiple phone numbers at the same address through your local telephone company.
